Character Name: Rose Logan/Wild Child
Character Journal: wild_child
Physical Description: Rose is a short (only 5 feet tall) girl, with an athletic build. She has short, dark hair, usually styled in something of a pixie cut. Rose's eyes are something of an unnatural golden color and her canine teeth are slightly more elongated than an average person's.
Age: 17
DOB: August 12, 1994
PB: Ashley Greene
Character Location/Home: Xaiver's
Alignment: Hero
Relatives: Victor Creed/Sabertooth (father), Birdy (mother, deceased), Logan (adoptive father, living), Misha Loganovich (adoptive brother, living), David Roberts (adoptive brother, living), Emily Hudson (adoptive sister, living), Graydon Creed (half-brother, deceased)
Abilities: Rose's possesses a significant healing factor, enabling her to recover speedily from a wide variety of injuries, metabolize poisons and drugs easily, and a near complete immunity to disease. This also provides a certain amount of immunity to fatigue poisons, giving her considerable stamina; this will also eventually manifest as slowed aging. Additionally, her five senses are significantly enhanced well above human norm, to the point where she can easily track others by smell.
Rose possesses physical attributes that are close to peak human levels. She possesses retractable claws where ordinary humans possess finger and toenails.
Update: Rose also possesses the ability to generate psychic "claws" which can slice through inorganic matter, but stun people.
Rose has received significant training from her adoptive father in combat and weapons usage. She can speak Japanese, Quebecois French, and Spanish. She is well versed in meditation techniques.
Weaknesses and Flaws: Rose is also prone to berserker rages and has difficulty controlling her anger in general. She is almost always the first one into the fray and can be quite impulsive.
Personality: To quote Logan, "How come the only one of the kids that ain't actually mine is more like me than me?" Openly defiant." "No respect for authority." "Consistantly working to undermind authority." "Openly hostile." If there's a rule, Rose will likely try to break it. If she's told to do something, she's just as likely to do the opposite.
Take all of Logan's qualities and then filter them through a teenage girl who had been raised by Logan. That's Rose. Blunt, brutally honest and direct, and utterly willing to speak her mind.
That being said, Rose is loyal to her friends, a lover of good times, and someone who struggles daily to control the more wild aspects of her nature. She loves hockey, brawling, Asian literature, and sneaking into the beer supply. "Summers taunting" is a particularly fun sport.
Deep down, Rose is well aware of the fact that she scares people, and just wants acceptance.
Backstory: A wild night of passion between Sabertooth and his partner Birdy left the telepath pregnant, and though she was loyal to Creed, even she knew that around him was no place to raise a child and feared for her baby's life. Birdy was able to telepathically hide the pregnancy from Creed and eventually gave birth, giving the girl to the one person she could trust to raise her and keep her safe from Creed: Logan. Birdy herself was murdered by Graydon Creed not long after. The name Rose came from Logan, though the exact source of it was not known.
Rose has been kept, and still is, completely ignorant of her parentage and she believes Logan to be her biological father. When she became old enough to start asking about her mother, she's only been told that she was someone looking to get out of a bad situation and someone who trusted Logan very much. Other small fabrications have filled in some of the other details, including a name and doctored photographs, but Rose has never pulled at these threads very tightly.
Rose grew more worrisome as her powers began to manifest, showing signs of anger and misplaced aggression, but help from Logan and meditation controls much of that.
Beyond that, Rose has been a fixture at the Institute, raising all manner of hell and proving herself to be more than capable when it counts.
But secrets like those of her true parentage do not always stay buried...
